As you search for homes, be calm. It’s important that you slow down, take your time, and don’t feel rushed. You’re going to see homes and get excited.
Eventually, you’ll fall in love and make a bid. And it may not work out. Maybe you’ll get outbid by someone else, or maybe the home won’t pass its inspection. Who knows.
But when that first offer doesn’t work out, move on.
There will be another home you see and love, and another, and another after that.
The market may feel tight, but homes are out there. Keep shopping, stay relaxed, and keep your head high.
